Abuja – Nigeria Police Force opened fire on protesters and journalists at the MkO Abiola stadium on saturday, 3rd August during the end bad governance nation wide protest in Abuja.
Source reports that protesters, mostly youths, had conveyed in front of the stadium for the day three of the 10-day protest to end bad governance in Nigeria.
The heavily armed men, who arrived the venue around 11:45am, ordered them to leave.
The police immediately opened fire on the protesters including the journalists at the venue following their refusal to obey the order.
