“I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear” – Donald Trump finally break silence

Ex-President Donald Trump has released a statement following the shooting incident at his campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, which led to the death of one and another seriously injured.

Donald Trump who sustained a minor injury has expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased and also to the family of the victim that was badly injured.
In a statement released on Sunday, Trump said “I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of Law Enforcement, for their rapid response on the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania,”
“I was  shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening” Trump explained.

Barack Obama has released a statement condemning the incident and wished Donald a quick recovery. President Biden on the other hand cited “ there is no place for this violence in America and they must unite as nation and condemn it.

 

Trump’s statement also disclosed that the shooter is now dead, though he added, “Nothing is known at this time about the shooter.
