On Thursday, Yahaya Bello, the former Kogi State governor, was listed as wanted.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission proclaimed him wanted for violations related to financial and economic crimes.
A message with this information was put up on the commission’s official Facebook page on Thursday.
The EFCC is looking for former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello for charges totaling N80.2 billion in financial and economic offences.
The notification stated that “anyone with information as to his whereabouts should report immediately to the commission or the nearest police station.”
