Just In: Bobrisky moved to Kirikiri prison from Ikoyi by NCoS

Recently, further details have come to light concerning the case of Idris Okuneye, also referred to as Bobrisky, the troubled transvestite who was given a six-month prison sentence for misusing currency.

 

Bobrisky was moved to Kirikiri Prison from the Ikoyi Correctional Centre by the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS).

This refutes rumours that Bobrisky is still being detained at the Ikoyi Correctional Facility.

 

The well-known cross-dresser is currently being imprisoned at the Kirikiri Prison and was covertly moved there since last weekend, according to a very trustworthy source who works for the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCS) .

 

“It’s a procedural move to send him to Kirikiri because it’s a larger prison than this one,” he said.

Furthermore, he said that Okuneye was covertly transferred to the facility where he will spend his sentence for security-related reasons.

 

It should be recalled that the cross-dresser was given a six-month prison sentence by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos.

 

On Friday, April 12, 2024, the judge sentenced the guilty party and stated that the decision would serve as a warning to others who like mistreating and disfiguring naira.

 

Based on his admission to the court last week and the rumours that there is no realignment of gender or genital organs, Bobrisky is being labelled as a man.
