FCT minister, Nyesom Wike has criticized those planning for hunger protest claiming that the demonstration is political.
The minister speaking on Tuesday July 23, expressed discontent over the proposed nationwide protest describing it as being politicized.
Recall the planned protest is scheduled for August, in reacting to the development while inspecting the Apo-Karshi road, in FCT, he urged Nigerians to be patient, adding that many people want everything to be done in one day.
According to the minister, since the inception of Tinubu’s administration Nigerians have witnessed positive changes in governance,“You can see that the planned protest is political and nothing more. We need to be patient with this government.”
Wike also assured Nigerians the president Tinubu is doing everything possible to deliver the dividends of democracy in the shortest time possible.
