Update: 2024 UTME results not available on website – JAMB

The results of the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are not available  now on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB) website, as the board has made clear.

Which is why the board issued a warning: any result on the printed slip is fake.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s spokesperson, stated that the information was required since some people had already started sharing printed result slips on social media.

Benjamin stated that, in contrast to the previous year, the results are currently unavailable on the JAMB website.

“The board wishes to reiterate that the only way to verify the results of the 2024 UTME is to send UTMERESULT to 55019 or 66019, using the same phone that the candidate used to register,” he stated.

Make sure there are no bundles on the SIM.

The findings are now unavailable on the board’s website since they differ from the results from the previous year.

It is strongly advised that candidates use the above-mentioned method to get their results. They can check their outcome without going to a cybercafé or paying a third-party company.

The public is also cautioned not to trust candidates who display printed result slips, as at this time the results are not available on paper and are instead being shared on social media by some people.

“A fair proportion of candidates have reviewed their results on our monitoring dashboard; however, for those who are still having difficulty, kindly use the appropriate channel.”

JAMB announced the UTME results on Monday.
