An agreement has been struck between the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and celebrity barman Pascal Okechukwu, also referred to as the Cuban Chief Priest, to settle the naira abuse accusation outside of court.
The settlement reached outside of court was revealed when the cases were reopened on Thursday.
Judge Kehinde Ogundare heard the case of Cuban Chief Priest, who was charged with three counts of misusing national currency during a social event.
The Central Bank Act of 2007 is broken by these acts.
