Nollywood actress Chacha Eke Faani has revealed a dark period in her life when she harboured grudge towards her mother and even wished her death.
Taking to her Instagram page on Wednesday to celebrate her mother’s birthday, chacha recounted how a fake revelation from some men of God who told her that her mother was a threat to her life made her hate her mother and even wished her death.
Chacha admitted that during that time there were hallucinations and nightmares that supported her negative feelings towards her mother.
However, she realises that these thoughts and beliefs were as a result of disorder, a chemical in -balance in the brain. She further highlighted that the emotional devastation can arise from underlying mental conditions, causing individuals to become estranged from their loved ones.
